Choose from a range of desk phone or cordless handsets featuring high quality digital audio. Our handsets are subsidised and unlocked (1 per extension) so will you always get the best price. Pay for your handsets up front or take advantage of our monthly handset rental with no upfront fees.

Call flow and features

We will help you with the call flow for in coming calls, greetings, after hours messages, voicemail, generic music on hold, set your opening and closing hours.

There is also a handy admin portal you can use to change your opening hours, add holiday closures and check your voicemails.

If you have corporate messages on hold they can be uploaded and played as your customers are waiting for one of your team to answer.

Helen ‘The voice of 3CX’ is also available to record custom scripts for your hold messages.
